U Bogatiću je na praznik Kirila i Metodija osvećena crkva – kapela posvećena Svetom Vasiliju Ostroškom. Crkvu je osvetio Njegovo Preosveštenstvo, episkop šabački, gospodin Lavrentije sa sveštenstvom. Svetinja će ubuduće služiti kao hram u kome će se vršiti sveta bogosluženja, ali i kao kapela za potrebe pravoslavnih pogreba i molitvi za upokojene. Crkva je sazidana zalaganjem i trudom Opštine Bogatić i dobrotvora. U planu je da prva liturgija bude služena na Vidovdan.
